Muffler cement. ABRO muffler cement sustains temperatures up to 1100°C and is ideal for assembly of tight joints in new exhaust systems, for elimination of small holes and cracks in mufflers, exhaust pipes, catalytic convertors, resonators, etc. It can be used successfully in household as a high-temperature adhesive. Application: Thoroughly clean the surfaces from oil, scale, fat, and rust. Apply the required amount of cement and fill the holes and cracks. When you fill large defects, it is recommended to reinforce the repaired place with a metal mesh on the external side. The cement sets in 20 minutes of engine operation in an idle mode or in 12 hours without heating.
