Plastilube is a synthetic lubricant, used during assembly of disc and drum brake mechanisms to prevent squeaks. It can be used in heavy-duty units, such as shaft spindles of rolling machines, valve mechanisms, operating at high temperatures, doors of annealing furnaces, conveyors. It is optimum for use in centralized lubrication systems. It does not comprise metallic soap (lithium soap). Resistance to knock loads.
