Octane-raising additive for diesel fuel. Bardahl Cetane Booster is developed to increase the cetane level of diesel fuel and solve the wateriness problems. It is known that the higher the cetane level is, the more flammable the fuel is. Wateriness is also a serious issue as it reduces the cetane level. Poor-quality fuel and/or wateriness lead to poor ignition which results in high fuel consumption by the engine. Benefits: the cetane level increases on 5 points, fuel combustion improves, the fuel system is cleaned from soot, moisture is removed from fuel, thrust improvement and following better acceleration, safe cold starts. Application: one can of the additive is enough for 50 - 60-liter tank. Pour the additive into the tank before filling the fuel. The additive is developed for any type of diesel engines, including engines with catalysts and DPF.
