Description
No Smoke additive increases oil viscosity at high temperatures and helps reduce oil flow in the combustion chamber. The wear of parts of the cylinder-and-piston group leads to increased gaps between piston rings and the cylinder wall which causes reduced compression, power loss and increased oil consumption. The external sign, which proves wear of the engine parts, is increased smokiness and soot, polluting the environment. Increased amount of hazardous substances in exhaust gases does not give the chance to pass the vehicle inspection test. Bardahl No Smoke, a soot-reducing agent, increases viscosity of usual oil at normal operating temperatures. SAE 15w-40 all-season motor oil matches SAE 15w-60 oil by its viscosity properties after it is supplemented by the additive. Thus, the oil is more suitable for old and worn-out engines. The result is significant smoke reduction, increased oil pressure and reduced noise of the engine operation. The increased oil viscosity at high temperatures helps reduce oil flow in the combustion chamber. Compression and performance characteristics are improved. It is used in gasoline, diesel and LPG engines. It can be mixed with synthetic, semi-synthetic and mineral oils. It does not deteriorate catalytic convertors of exhaust gases.
